Mobile app crashes when uploading photos over 10MB

iPhone 15 Pro, app v3.2.1. Pick a large photo from the gallery, hit upload, instant crash. Reproducible every time.

Same on Android (Pixel 9). Logcat shows an OOM error.

Workaround: resize the photo first. Annoying but works.
